We’ve saved you a seat!
Take your place in Strathmore’s
history—Name-A-Seat
in the new Concert Hall
In February 2005, the Music Center at Strathmore sprung
to life, providing a world-class arts education and performance
venue for more than 600 students and over 150 local, national
and international musicians and vocalists annually. While
certainly aspiring to foster a sense of home for all artists—young
and old, new and experienced, near and far—an equally
important purpose for the creation of the Music Center was
to foster a sense of community for our residents. Here, thousands
of families can obtain unprecedented access to the lively
arts, festivals for children to enjoy with their parents,
and cooperative activities with many of the area’s
most respected institutions and performing artists regardless
of economic resource. But, no arts center can bear such a
responsibility on its own. Only with the help of people like
you—members, subscribers,
ticket buyers, volunteers, and long-time friends—can
Strathmore continue to carry out this important legacy of
community service.
Because “Seat Campaigns” are a time-honored
tradition of giving in the arts, Strathmore invites you to
Name-A-Seat in the new Concert Hall, for you and your family,
in memory of a loved one, or in honor of a dear friend or
colleague. With a generous contribution of $1,000 or more,
you can play a leading role in Strathmore’s
ongoing success and help lay a solid foundation for its future
accomplishments.
