Refunds
All Tickets are Pre-Paid and Non-Refundable.
If a performance is cancelled or postponed a full refund of the ticket price will be available through the ticket office for 30 days after the original scheduled performance date.
Ticket Exchanges
Unlike many venues, Strathmore allows tickets to be exchanged. Strathmore realizes that your plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs. Tickets may only be exchanged for shows presented by Strathmore or its resident partner organizations. Exchanges must be for the same presenter within the same season. Ticket exchanges are NOT available for independently produced shows.
Subscribers retain certain privileges in relation to exchanges that single ticket buyers do not enjoy. Subscribers may, at no charge:
- Exchange any ticket by mail, or in person by 5 p.m. Monday-Friday for performances the same evening, 2 p.m. Saturday for performances on Saturday or Sunday evening, and by 5 p.m. the previous business day for matinee performances.
Individual Ticket Buyers
- A purchaser of an individual ticket may, one time only, make an exchange by mail, or in person until 48 business hours before the performance. There will be a $5 servicing fee per exchange transaction.

Ticket Donation
If you are unable to use your tickets, they may be returned for a tax-deductible donation prior to the performance. Donations can be made by mail, fax, or in person by 5 p.m. the day of the performance
